We are committed to customer service, affordability, and reliability in every transaction.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales&mdash;particularly in developing and maintaining relationships with independent pharmacies.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new accounts with independent pharmacies</li><li>Promote pharmaceutical products and services to existing and prospective clients</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably to independent pharmacies</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products and the distribution process</li><li>Existing network of pharmacy clients is a plus</li><li>Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented</li><li>Willingness to travel (if applicable)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Commission only until we get the minimum of 5 accounts then you will be on the payroll</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Growth and leadership opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
