Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales—particularly in developing and maintaining relationships with independent pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new accounts with independent pharmacies
  • Promote pharmaceutical products and services to existing and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably to independent pharmacies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products and the distribution process
  • Existing network of pharmacy clients is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to travel (if applicable)
