Boutique Orthodontic office in Queen Anne looking for an experienced Ortho front office manager. This position is part-time with some flexiblity of days, however Wednesdays are required. Patient schedules vary between 8-5:30.The position would be a hybrid a remote front office position. In-office days will be 2-3 days per week (some days are not full days with patients) and remote access additionally required for out of office days to check emails and respond in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. Prefer at least 1 year of Ortho or Dental Scheduling and competency financial proposals and contracts; insurance verification and submissions; and billing.Willingness to help and learn clinic jobs is also required and would include i-Tero scanning and photos along with general equipment and instrument sterilization.Daily Duties include, but not limited to:Verifying the daily schedule is correct; pulling charts; answering phones; replying to emails; prompt and accurate email correspondence; up to date insurance submissions and follow-up on payments; proper cleanliness of whole office and reception area; seating patients and getting them ready for the doctor and help in nightly clean-up.Pay:$21-$26/hr DOEPay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person

This position is part-time with some flexiblity of days, however Wednesdays are required. Patient schedules vary between 8-5:30.Must have current RDA and BLS.The position would be a hybrid assisting/front office position. Some days a second assistant will be in office. Ablity to multi-task necessary!! In-office days will be 2-3 days per week (some days are not full days with patients) and remote access additionally required for out of office days to check emails and respond in a timely manner. Total hours ranging from 15-25/weekRole Requirements and ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a skilled professional who can contribute to our team's success. Prefer at least 1 year of Ortho Assisting and competency with photos; impressions; i-Tero scan; traditional braces as well as Invisalign.
