If you are passionate about education and dedicated to making a difference, we want you on our team!What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes literacy education.</li><li>Utilize various teaching techniques, including technology integration, to enhance student engagement in subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Trigonometry.</li><li>Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.</li><li>Mentor students in both academic subjects and personal growth, encouraging them to reach their full potential.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and participate in professional development opportunities.</li><li>Engage in public speaking activities that promote school events and foster community involvement.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience in special education or Montessori methods is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with AP style and the Chicago Manual of Style for writing instruction.</li><li>Background in sports coaching or physical education is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of library services and academic advising practices.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are committed to creating an enriching work environment where educators can thrive both personally and professionally.
