Entering requisitions for raw material necessary for our field jobs and onsite in our Panel Shop.</li><li>
Oversee all inbound project materials and communicate with the Operations Manager of our Panel Shop and all necessary vendors.</li><li>
You will need to be highly organized, detailed oriented, selfdriven and be able to work independently as well as with a team.</li><li>
Lead the effort to maintain all required stock levels for all Panel Shop jobs.</li><li>
Upon material arrival, you will be responsible for checking inbound material to ensure the quality &amp; accuracy of inbound shipments.</li><li>
Review daily work logs to ensure an efficient workflow in the manufacturing process.</li><li>
Review spreadsheets daily to ensure project cost associated with materials stay within monthly budget.</li><li>
Assist in all efforts if a vendor return is necessary.</li><li>
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.</li><li>
Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will be able to operate as an Advanced user in Excel.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Requirements:</b></h4><ul><li>
High School Diploma or the equivalent.</li><li>
Bilingual Spanish &amp; English preferred.</li><li>
Two plus years of experience in similar role within the oil &amp; gas industry.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problemsolving</li><li>
Able to work independently with little supervision.</li><li>
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Able to thrive in a highvolume, deadlinedriven work environment.</li></ul></div><p></p>
