Key Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Overall 10+ years of working experience with at least 5+ years of exp. in configuring, testing and commissioning Terminal Management Systems.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in ABB TMAC (Terminal Management and Control) software suite, including configuration of loading recipes, bay management, and gate control.</li><li>Strong understanding of ABB&rsquo;s integration protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc.) and connection with ABB Ability&trade; solutions.</li><li>Preferred background experience such as ONGC terminals management and product movement monitoring software.</li><li>Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing meeting business objectives.</li><li>Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience with any O&amp;G and water storage and terminal automation system.</li><li>Experience in migration activities from legacy systems to ABB TMAC and providing scalable solutions.</li><li>Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to technical challenges.</li></ul>

Work Experience

Senior Engineer - Terminal Management System (TMS)

Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end installation, testing, and commissioning (T&amp;C) of electrical systems individually</li><li>
Provide technical expertise in the installation and T&amp;C for Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear and all associated components</li><li>
Execute retrofits, extensions, and modifications for LV/MV Switchgear and Circuit Breakers (CB)</li><li>
Implement protection upgrades, meter replacements, and complex scheme modifications.</li><li>
Maintain the flexibility to travel on short notice to various site locations as needed</li><li>
Prepare documentation for Pre-FAT &amp; FAT and conduct Pre-FAT and FAT activities</li><li>
Support system commissioning, including pre-commissioning and troubleshooting as needed</li><li>
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE &amp; safety standards.</li></ul>

Work Experience
 
<ul><li>Graduate engineer with 8+ years of working experience in SAS and protection system.</li><li>
Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting within high-voltage environments.</li><li>
Holding professional certifications is considered a major plus.</li></ul></div>

What You will Do:
Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Derive and develop requirements for software inputs and model development</li><li>
Develop in MATLAB, Simulink and C/C++ Autocode creation or other modeling software</li><li>
Work with and analyze communication protocols like serial and ethernet</li><li>
Develop procedures and execute testing on a virtual simulator, HITL Simulator, and on a locomotive</li></ul> 

Work Experience 
 
Required Skills (Technical Competency):<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject</li><li>
Experience in MATLAB / Simulink</li><li>
Proven working experience (at least 1 year) in Subsystem design, development and testing of embedded systems</li><li>
Proven ability in requirements development and modelling development</li><li>
Ability and willingness to work &quot;hands-on&quot; in test labs and on locomotives with high HP (1000 KVA), medium voltage (2 KV) and high current (10 KA) systems</li><li>
Ability to support off shift work as project needs dictate</li></ul>
Desired Skills:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject</li><li>
5+ years of Control Design experience</li><li>
Experience with system and component level validation testing</li><li>

Pay Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.<ul><li>
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.</li><li>
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</li></ul>
