 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
 
 
 &bull; Drive new feature development to increase user engagement through ideation, planning, optimization, and reporting
 
 
 &bull; Set clear goals and track deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution
 
 
 &bull; Use qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and guide product decisions
 
 
 &bull; Create clear and concise PRDs defining problem statements, opportunities, success metrics, and execution plans
 
 
 &bull; Communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5 years of experience in Product Management
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
 
 
 &bull; Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
