Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to define, build, and scale products that drive user engagement and business impact. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to deliver high-quality features on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals

• Drive new feature development to increase user engagement through ideation, planning, optimization, and reporting

• Set clear goals and track deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and guide product decisions

• Create clear and concise PRDs defining problem statements, opportunities, success metrics, and execution plans

• Communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development

• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
