Job Type: Admin Assistant Summer Part-TimeAbout the Role: We are a fast-growing cleaning company looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answering phones and responding to client inquiries</li><li>Scheduling and dispatching cleaning staff</li><li>Managing calendars and appointments</li><li>Preparing invoices and basic data entry</li><li>Assisting with hiring and onboarding new cleaners</li><li>Maintaining organized digital and paper files</li><li>Supporting the owner/manager with additional tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative or office support experience preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. We use MAC computers</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities</li><li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
