You will be empowered to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient service.Duties<ul><li>Perform blood sampling via venipuncture in various settings, including patients&rsquo; homes and community sites</li><li>Collect and process specimens accurately following established laboratory procedures and techniques</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and proper specimen handling to maintain sample integrity</li><li>Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort during collection</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, including labeling specimens correctly and recording relevant patient information</li><li>Follow all laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures to uphold quality standards</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and specimen collection methods</li><li>Proven experience in venipuncture (blood sampling), phlebotomy, and blood sample processing</li><li>Familiarity with clinical laboratory practices and hospital or healthcare environment experience</li><li>Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively using medical terminology</li><li>Ability to operate medical equipment related to blood collection with precision and aseptic technique</li><li>Demonstrated reliability in working independently in diverse settings while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career that combines mobility with meaningful patient interactions.
