 ** Responsibilities **
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 ** Qualifications **
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Active law license in CA
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong written and oral advocacy skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High attention to detail and excellent organization
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 ** Training Requirement **
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 30-day onsite training at our Los Angeles office required before transitioning to full remote status.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Training covers firm procedures, case management systems, and client service standards.
 
 </li>
