Remote Litigation Attorney

** Responsibilities **

• Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions
• Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
• Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

** Qualifications **

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice
• Active law license in CA
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms
• High attention to detail and excellent organization

** Training Requirement **

• 30-day onsite training at our Los Angeles office required before transitioning to full remote status.
• Training covers firm procedures, case management systems, and client service standards.
