This role requires both clinical excellence and strong consultative skills to educate patients, customize treatment plans, and achieve natural, refined outcomes aligned with Quintessa&rsquo;s standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and identify patient goals and care needs</li><li>Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning</li><li>Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with advanced technique and precision</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records, including treatment plans, documentation, and before-and-after photography</li><li>Collaborate closely with physicians, aestheticians, and the broader clinical team to ensure consistency and exceptional outcomes</li><li>Uphold Quintessa&rsquo;s brand-driven service standards and patient experience philosophy</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)</li><li>Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with neurotoxin and/or dermal filler injections (preferred)</li><li>Strong consultative and sales mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence</li><li>High level of customer service and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently while exercising sound clinical judgment</li></ul>About QuintessaQuintessa Aesthetic Centers is a physician-led practice with locations in Middleton, Delafield, Brookfield, Mequon, and Sheboygan.
