Position Summary

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector is responsible for providing advanced injectable treatments while delivering a concierge-level patient experience. This role requires both clinical excellence and strong consultative skills to educate patients, customize treatment plans, and achieve natural, refined outcomes aligned with Quintessa’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and identify patient goals and care needs
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning
• Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with advanced technique and precision
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records, including treatment plans, documentation, and before-and-after photography
• Collaborate closely with physicians, aestheticians, and the broader clinical team to ensure consistency and exceptional outcomes
• Uphold Quintessa’s brand-driven service standards and patient experience philosophy

Qualifications & Skills

• Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with neurotoxin and/or dermal filler injections (preferred)
• Strong consultative and sales mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• High level of customer service and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound clinical judgment
