Job PurposeThe Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling construction projects to ensure completion within the approved time, cost, and quality requirements. The role involves preparation of detailed project programs, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and coordination with project stakeholders in compliance with contractual and UAE construction standards.Key Responsibilities: Planning &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, activities, and logical sequencing.</li><li>Prepare baseline, target, and recovery programs in line with contract requirements.</li><li>Establish project milestones and key deliverables.</li><li>Resource-load schedules and prepare manpower and equipment histograms.</li></ul>Progress Monitoring &amp; Control<ul><li>Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules.</li><li>Identify delays, analyze impacts on the critical path, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Update schedules regularly and submit progress reports to clients and consultants.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and earned value analysis.</li><li>Perform delay analysis (EOT support) using recognized methodologies.</li><li>Support claims and variations by providing schedule impact assessments.</li><li>Maintain accurate planning records and documentation.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Interface Management<ul><li>Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.</li><li>Review and integrate subcontractor programs into the master schedule.</li><li>Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide planning inputs for procurement and construction sequencing.</li></ul>Risk &amp; Commercial Support<ul><li>Identify schedule risks and constraints and propose mitigation measures.</li><li>Support cost control and commercial teams with cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Assist project management in optimizing construction methods and timelines.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.</li></ul>Professional Experience<ul><li>8&ndash;10 years UAE experience in construction planning and scheduling.</li><li>Strong experience in UAE construction projects (high-rise buildings, villas, commercial)</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, and reporting tools</li><li>Sound understanding of construction sequences, methodologies, and productivity</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Location: Dubai Experience Required: 20+ Years in UAE Language Preference: Arabic Speaker PreferredJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Safety Manager with more than 20 years of professional experience in the UAE, preferably in construction, infrastructure, high-rise buildings,...etc. The candidate shall be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and project safety standards. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and client safety requirements.</li><li>Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.</li><li>Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs for employees and subcontractors.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities regarding safety matters.</li><li>Monitor permit-to-work systems and ensure safe execution of all site activities.</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of emergency response procedures.</li><li>Maintain all HSE documentation, records, reports, and statistics.</li><li>Supervise and guide safety officers and safety supervisors on site.</li><li>Conduct emergency drills and ensure site preparedness for emergencies.</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 20 years of experience in UAE construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma certification mandatory.</li><li>OSHA certification preferred.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.</li><li>Arabic speaker preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Industry Experience<ul><li>High-rise buildings</li><li>Infrastructure projects</li><li>Villas and commercial buildings</li><li>Industrial and MEP projects</li><li>Government and private sector projects</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Risk Assessment &amp; Hazard Control</li><li>Incident Investigation</li><li>Emergency Response Planning</li><li>Safety Auditing &amp; Inspection</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>HSE Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Training &amp; Awareness Programs</li><li>Regulatory Compliance</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-TimeLocationDubai, UAEWork Location: In person
