We are seeking an experienced <b>Program Manager</b> to support QXO&rsquo;s HR Operations and Technology initiatives. This role will lead strategic programs and critical business-as-usual (BAU) efforts that keep the organization running effectively. The Program Manager will drive planning, execution, and governance across a portfolio of programs, typically managing one to two concurrent initiatives at a time.</p><p>
This individual will operate within the HR Operations &amp; Technology PMO, coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, HRIS, and Finance to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at balancing structure with adaptability in a dynamic environment.</p>

Act as a connector between strategy and execution, ensuring priorities remain visible, achievable, and integrated across teams.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations.</li></ul>
What you will bring::
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related discipline.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in program or project management within HR, technology, or operations functions.</li><li>
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with structured methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile hybrid).</li><li>

Program Manager - HR Operations

<div>Overview:
<p>
As an Outside Sales Representative at <b>QXO </b>you will identify, prospect, and secure new customers within your assigned territory, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth through increasingly complex opportunities. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, build a strong market presence, partner closely with internal teams, and transition newly acquired customers to Account Executives for long-term account management and expansion.</p>
What you will do::
<ul><li>Drive sustained new business growth by prospecting, identifying, and securing new customer opportunities across the assigned territory.</li><li>
Sell exterior building products, including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials, to contractors, builders, and commercial customers.</li><li>
Meet or exceed assigned sales, margin, and expectations for up to approximately 20-30 new customer wins annually through disciplined pipeline and opportunity management.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, influencers, and industry partners to expand market presence.</li><li>
Conduct in-depth, in-person sales calls, jobsite visits, and customer meetings to assess needs and position value-based solutions.</li><li>
