As a digital marketing expert, you will contribute to the strategy and production of award-winning campaigns that increase engagement across all digital channels for our clients.OUTCOMES<ul><li>Develops award-winning graphics for clients across industries, including construction, real estate, non-profits, and consumer goods.</li><li>Meets all deadlines 98% of the time.</li><li>Percentage of deliverables approved with no more than two rounds of revisions (Target: 90%).</li><li>Consistency in updating and maintaining organized digital assets for all client deliverables (Target: 100% accuracy).</li><li>Proactively and creatively delivers trend-driven ideas for Double Play and our clients. Presents 2-3 actionable ideas per client, per month.</li><li>Keeps content organized in client drives according to current standard operation procedures and work breakdown structures.</li><li>Consistently researches relevant design trend insights or AI tool recommendations and shares with the team monthly.</li><li>Contributes to team and client meetings where valuable insights or support are provided 100% of the time.</li><li>Successfully uses design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and integrations with platforms like Panda Doc, and High Level.</li></ul>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Supports team, meet deadlines, and assists the team with graphic design for internal needs and external clients</li><li>Assists with design tasks that execute the creative plans and presentations on behalf of the agency</li><li>Assists with design tasks that execute the 360 Marketing and Business Development Strategies: social media postings, e-mail marketing delivery, community activations, sales and business development support using company tools and systems.</li><li>Responsible for organizing and managing design systems, tools, platforms, and software</li><li>Conduct research, as needed for design trends, including AI tools</li><li>Work with other team members to implement deliverables based on updates in marketing strategy, to increase knowledge of industries served by the company, dependent upon client focus</li><li>Embraces personal and professional development that promotes industry best practices</li><li>Owns projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by managers</li><li>Keeps all digital assets organized and up to date with client's deliverables</li></ul>SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED<ul><li>Trusted team member</li><li>Passion for marketing and excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent capabilities in Canva and Photoshop</li><li>Experience in integrating design into other platforms such as Panda Doc, HubSpot, High Level, preferred</li><li>Willingness to increase knowledge of integration of digital/social platforms</li><li>Exhibit a strong team mindset with an ability work on cross functional teams</li><li>Works proactively and volunteers assistance without being asked under tight schedules</li><li>Strong organizational, prioritization, project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Should have a working knowledge of social media/digital channels/performance</li><li>Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Programs and Outlook (electronic scheduling)</li><li>Commits to work week sufficient to cover responsibilities to clients and teams.</li></ul>EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED<ul><li>Bachelor Degree &ndash; Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications or Other Related Degree</li><li>3+ years relevant work experience (including Internship and collegiate extracurriculars)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeBase Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: Remote
