MISSION

To deliver exceptional design and creative support that enhances the agency's marketing and business development strategies, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and organized deliverables. By leveraging design expertise, embracing emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role ensures seamless execution of projects, fosters industry leadership, and contributes to the agency’s success while driving impactful results for clients. As a digital marketing expert, you will contribute to the strategy and production of award-winning campaigns that increase engagement across all digital channels for our clients.

OUTCOMES

  • Develops award-winning graphics for clients across industries, including construction, real estate, non-profits, and consumer goods.
  • Meets all deadlines 98% of the time.
  • Percentage of deliverables approved with no more than two rounds of revisions (Target: 90%).
  • Consistency in updating and maintaining organized digital assets for all client deliverables (Target: 100% accuracy).
  • Proactively and creatively delivers trend-driven ideas for Double Play and our clients. Presents 2-3 actionable ideas per client, per month.
  • Keeps content organized in client drives according to current standard operation procedures and work breakdown structures.
  • Consistently researches relevant design trend insights or AI tool recommendations and shares with the team monthly.
  • Contributes to team and client meetings where valuable insights or support are provided 100% of the time.
  • Successfully uses design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and integrations with platforms like Panda Doc, and High Level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports team, meet deadlines, and assists the team with graphic design for internal needs and external clients
  • Assists with design tasks that execute the creative plans and presentations on behalf of the agency
  • Assists with design tasks that execute the 360 Marketing and Business Development Strategies: social media postings, e-mail marketing delivery, community activations, sales and business development support using company tools and systems.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing design systems, tools, platforms, and software
  • Conduct research, as needed for design trends, including AI tools
  • Work with other team members to implement deliverables based on updates in marketing strategy, to increase knowledge of industries served by the company, dependent upon client focus
  • Embraces personal and professional development that promotes industry best practices
  • Owns projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by managers
  • Keeps all digital assets organized and up to date with client's deliverables

  • Excellent capabilities in Canva and Photoshop
  • Experience in integrating design into other platforms such as Panda Doc, HubSpot, High Level, preferred
  • Willingness to increase knowledge of integration of digital/social platforms
  • Exhibit a strong team mindset with an ability work on cross functional teams
  • Works proactively and volunteers assistance without being asked under tight schedules
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Solution-oriented

  • Knowledge and passion for the latest trends and platforms for desktop, social and mobile
  • Knowledge of the social media universe including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, wikis, blogs and all emerging platforms. Should have a working knowledge of social media/digital channels/performance
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Programs and Outlook (electronic scheduling)
  • Commits to work week sufficient to cover responsibilities to clients and teams.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED

  • Bachelor Degree – Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications or Other Related Degree
  • 3+ years relevant work experience (including Internship and collegiate extracurriculars)

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Work Location: Remote
