Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, clinical assessments, and case management, to diverse populations across various settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment modalities.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).</li><li>Oversee multiple BHRFs.</li><li>Implement specialized interventions for clients with developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, and geriatrics.</li><li>Facilitate crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure immediate safety and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management plans, coordinate community resources, and support home-based or community care initiatives.</li><li>Collect data for clinical research projects related to behavioral health outcomes and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the respective state.</li><li>Proven experience in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards, and medical records management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling techniques.</li><li>Experience working with home &amp; community care programs is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while managing crisis situations effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care, social work principles, and trauma-informed approaches such as PTSD care.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to mental health conditions and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
