Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Duties
- Conduct thorough intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Oversee multiple BHRFs.
- Implement specialized interventions for clients with developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, and geriatrics.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure immediate safety and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management plans, coordinate community resources, and support home-based or community care initiatives.
- Collect data for clinical research projects related to behavioral health outcomes and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the respective state.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards, and medical records management.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling techniques.
- Experience working with home & community care programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while managing crisis situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care, social work principles, and trauma-informed approaches such as PTSD care.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
