We take pride in clean job sites, strong communication, quality craftsmanship, and a professional customer experience from start to finish.Position SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape / Hardscape Installer to join our installation team. This position is hands-on and requires someone who takes pride in quality work, works well with a crew, follows direction, and is willing to grow in the landscape construction trade.The right person will help install hardscape and landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to R.E. &amp; Sons Landscaping standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install pavers, patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features</li><li>Assist with excavation, grading, base prep, compaction, drainage, and layout</li><li>Install synthetic turf, sod, plants, rock, mulch, edging, lighting, and landscape features</li><li>Help build outdoor living elements such as BBQ areas, fireplaces, fire pits, and pergola spaces</li><li>Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Operate or assist with skid steers, compactors, saws, hand tools, and power tools</li><li>Follow project plans, crew lead direction, and company installation standards</li><li>Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized throughout the day</li><li>Use proper PPE and follow all safety expectations</li><li>Report equipment issues, material shortages, or jobsite concerns right away</li><li>Represent R.E. &amp; Sons Landscaping professionally with clients, teammates, and the public</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, masonry, concrete, or outdoor labor preferred</li><li>Paver, retaining wall, turf, grading, drainage, or equipment experience is a plus</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team</li><li>Pride in clean, high-quality work</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow</li><li>Good communication and positive attitude</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li><li>Ability to show up on time and be ready to work</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, shovel, rake, dig, and perform physical work throughout the day</li><li>Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipmen</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Typical days are 9&ndash;10 hours</li><li>Optional Saturdays may be available depending on workload</li><li>Some travel may be required for certain jobs</li><li>Why Join R.E. &amp; Sons Landscaping?</li><li>Work on high-end outdoor living projects</li><li>Be part of a growing Prescott-area landscape company</li><li>Learn valuable hardscape and landscape construction skills</li><li>Opportunity to grow into higher responsibility roles</li><li>Professional team environment with a focus on quality, safety, and craftsmanshipPay depends on experience, reliability, and skill level</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
