Our work includes custom pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, turf, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, BBQs, fireplaces, fire pits, lighting, planting, drainage, and full outdoor living projects. Position Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape / Hardscape Installer to join our installation team. This position is hands-on and requires someone who takes pride in quality work, works well with a crew, follows direction, and is willing to grow in the landscape construction trade.

The right person will help install hardscape and landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to R.E. & Sons Landscaping standards.

Responsibilities

• Install pavers, patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features
• Assist with excavation, grading, base prep, compaction, drainage, and layout
• Install synthetic turf, sod, plants, rock, mulch, edging, lighting, and landscape features
• Help build outdoor living elements such as BBQ areas, fireplaces, fire pits, and pergola spaces
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate or assist with skid steers, compactors, saws, hand tools, and power tools
• Follow project plans, crew lead direction, and company installation standards
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized throughout the day
• Use proper PPE and follow all safety expectations
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or jobsite concerns right away
• Represent R.E. & Sons Landscaping professionally with clients, teammates, and the public

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, masonry, concrete, or outdoor labor preferred
• Paver, retaining wall, turf, grading, drainage, or equipment experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Pride in clean, high-quality work
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to show up on time and be ready to work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, shovel, rake, dig, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipmen

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typical days are 9–10 hours
• Optional Saturdays may be available depending on workload
• Some travel may be required for certain jobs

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
