Landscape Construction & Hardscape Installer

GLC Property Maintenance is seeking a motivated Landscape Construction & Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. This position works on a variety of outdoor construction projects including paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, plant installations, grading, and landscape renovations throughout Livingston and Oakland Counties.

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation
• Install drainage systems and landscape materials
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
• Read and follow project plans and layouts
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a safe and professional job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, excavation, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
