Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This role involves various tasks related to the upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Care for trees and shrubs through pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens.
• Assist in the design and installation of new landscaping projects.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
• Experience in groundskeeping with an eye for detail in aesthetics.
• Proficiency in hardscape installation methods.
• Familiarity with tree care best practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including digging and lifting.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
