This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your skills in HVAC design and plumbing, and make a tangible impact on clients&rsquo; comfort and safety.Duties<ul><li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and furnaces using schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.</li><li>Install new HVAC systems following detailed specifications and HVAC design plans while ensuring compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems such as piping, drainage, and water supply lines.</li><li>Use tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and combustion analyzers.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues accurately.</li><li>Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all repairs and maintenance activities.</li><li>Operate a service vehicle safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between job sites.</li><li>Assist in property maintenance tasks as needed to ensure overall building system functionality.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction, appliance repair, or property maintenance.</li><li>Proven field service experience working with HVAC systems or similar mechanical equipment.</li><li>Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans effectively.</li><li>Skilled in plumbing installation and repair related to HVAC applications.</li><li>Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Mechanical experience working on boilers or other large-scale heating systems is a plus.</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional service through your technical expertise!
