Job Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to assist with daily lawn and property maintenance. This position involves performing routine landscaping tasks as part of a team, following direction from the Crew Leader, and maintaining high-quality standards across all job sites.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, weed whacking, edging, and blowing off properties</li><li>Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools</li><li>Follow daily work assignments and instructions from the Crew Leader</li><li>Ensure properties are serviced according to company quality standards</li><li>Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li><li>Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs</li><li>Report equipment issues or job site concerns to the Crew Leader</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic</li><li>Willingness to learn proper landscaping techniques and equipment operation</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Professional attitude and attention to detail</li><li>Must speak English</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
