Landscaping crew member

Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to assist with daily lawn and property maintenance. This position involves performing routine landscaping tasks as part of a team, following direction from the Crew Leader, and maintaining high-quality standards across all job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, weed whacking, edging, and blowing off properties
• Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
• Follow daily work assignments and instructions from the Crew Leader
• Ensure properties are serviced according to company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs
• Report equipment issues or job site concerns to the Crew Leader

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn proper landscaping techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Must speak English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
