Job Responsibilities1. Employee Relations:Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary actions, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive and conflict-free workplace.2. Performance Management:Administer performance appraisal processes, manage performance-related issues, and provide support and coaching to employees and managers.3. Policy and Compliance:Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment legislation, and workplace safety standards relevant to the textile industry.4. HR Analytics:Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies5. Labor Laws:Stay updated on specific labor laws and collective bargaining agreements that may apply to large workforces in textile factories.6.
