Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers from provided leads to introduce and sell banking loan products.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan solutions.</li><li>Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.</li><li>Lead Management: Follow up on sales leads, manage a pipeline of potential clients, and accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all loan products, interest rates, and application processes to provide accurate information to customers.</li><li>Application Assistance: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements to the sales manager.</li></ul>0-6 months experience can also applyFemale and Males can both apply<ul><li>Female: 15000 + Incentives</li><li>Male: &#8377;20,000 + Incentives (with field work, two-wheeler &amp; license required)</li><li>Probation: 2 months (50% salary during probation + incentives)</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;8,963.52 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
