Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary actions, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive and conflict-free workplace.

2. Performance Management:

Administer performance appraisal processes, manage performance-related issues, and provide support and coaching to employees and managers.

3. Policy and Compliance:

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment legislation, and workplace safety standards relevant to the textile industry.

4. HR Analytics:

Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies

5. Labor Laws:

Stay updated on specific labor laws and collective bargaining agreements that may apply to large workforces in textile factories.

6. Workplace Safety:

Ensure HR policies and practices align with stringent workplace safety regulations common in manufacturing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,334.36 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
