About the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to join our team! If you're passionate about digital content, love being behind the camera (or in front of it), and have a knack for trends, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in the digital marketing field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Handle camera setup, shooting, and basic video editing for content (Reels, Shorts, BTS, etc.)</li><li>Create and repurpose content into engaging formats (Reels, carousels, stories, short/long-form video)</li><li>Write captions, hooks, and content ideas aligned with brand voice and current trends</li><li>Post and manage content across social media platforms</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and assist in community management</li><li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and formats</li><li>Perform basic SEO tasks for content optimization (hashtags, keywords, post timing, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute brand-aligned content</li><li>Track, report, and analyze content performance and suggest improvements</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Basic camera handling and shooting skills</li><li>Familiarity with video formats and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)</li><li>Basic skills in editing apps/software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva)</li><li>Strong interest in content creation, marketing, and storytelling</li><li>Understanding of hashtags, trends, timing, and content strategy</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills</li><li>A creative mindset and ability to think visually</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools</li><li>Comfort in being on-camera or directing others</li><li>Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced digital environment</li><li>Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (after completion)</li><li>Opportunity to build your portfolio with real brand work</li><li>Exposure to a full content creation and marketing cycle</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or send their updated resume to hr@wattsgroup.in For any queries, feel free to contact us at +91 80621 81440 (Call or WhatsApp).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 29/09/2025
