We are hiring a high-performing SDR/BDR with strong outbound sales experience and the ability to generate, nurture, and close leads through LinkedIn and social media outreach.This role is for someone aggressive with follow-ups, confident in communication, and capable of turning conversations into sales opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platformsGenerate qualified leads through outbound prospectingStart conversations, build relationships, and book appointmentsFollow up consistently with warm and cold leadsHandle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales pipelineClose deals when requiredMaintain CRM updates and lead trackingAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales KPIsRequirementsProven experience in SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound salesStrong LinkedIn outreach experience is mandatoryExperience with social media lead generation and prospectingMust have closing experience and confidence in converting leads into paying customersExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and disciplinedAbility to manage high-volume outreach dailyKPIsDaily outreach targetsQualified leads generatedAppointments bookedConversion rateRevenue contributionCompensationGrowth opportunities for top performersIdeal CandidateYou are proactive, persistent, and results-focused.
