We are hiring a high-performing SDR/BDR with strong outbound sales experience and the ability to generate, nurture, and close leads through LinkedIn and social media outreach.
This role is for someone aggressive with follow-ups, confident in communication, and capable of turning conversations into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
Start conversations, build relationships, and book appointments
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Close deals when required
Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales KPIs
Requirements
Proven experience in SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound sales
Strong LinkedIn outreach experience is mandatory
Experience with social media lead generation and prospecting
Must have closing experience and confidence in converting leads into paying customers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Ability to manage high-volume outreach daily
