As the initial point of contact for guests and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. Your organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help support our heating and cooling office.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, creating a positive first impression</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly</li><li>Answer phone calls and route them, or schedule appointments</li><li>Handle data entry tasks accurately</li><li>Maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to documents</li><li>Support clerical tasks and manage correspondence</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized office area</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to operate standard office equipment</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and customers service skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proofreading ability</li><li>Friendly, reliable, and team-focused</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn other computer programs including email management and dispatch software</li><li>Excellent understanding of English including grammar, punctuation, and spelling</li><li>Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Retirement plan with match</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
