 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for a Researcher and Coordinator Associate, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Build and establish direct communication with free zones and relevant authorities&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain updated knowledge of free zone regulations, licensing requirements, business setup and any other intellectual properties registration procedures across various jurisdictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between the consultant and the relevant authorities to provide real-time and accurate information&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating and managing materials and database
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 2 years + experience in research and administrative coordination&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent communication skill in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail oriented and ability to work independently and multitasking
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with PC operations, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in business setup, intellectual property registration, PRO service is a plus
 </li>
 </ol>
