Researcher and Coordinator Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Researcher and Coordinator Associate, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and establish direct communication with free zones and relevant authorities 
2. Maintain updated knowledge of free zone regulations, licensing requirements, business setup and any other intellectual properties registration procedures across various jurisdictions
3. Coordinate between the consultant and the relevant authorities to provide real-time and accurate information 
4. Assist in creating and managing materials and database

Qualifications:

1. 2 years + experience in research and administrative coordination 
2. Fluent communication skill in English
3. Detail oriented and ability to work independently and multitasking
4. Proficient with PC operations, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
5. Previous experience in business setup, intellectual property registration, PRO service is a plus
