Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day HR operations, general administration, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional environment at the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.</li><li>Handle payroll inputs, employee attendance reports, and coordination with accounts.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities, training, and performance review processes.</li><li>Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure HR policy compliance.</li><li>Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labour records) in coordination with consultants.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR processes.</li></ul>Office Administration<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.</li><li>Manage office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination, and purchase requests.</li><li>Maintain office equipment, AMC schedules, and service follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and employee logistics.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of incoming/outgoing communication and documentation.</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist management in administrative tasks.</li><li>Handle visitor management, front desk coordination, and phone calls when needed.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.</li><li>Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Team player with problem-solving skills</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing and established industrial company</li><li>Exposure to HR, admin, and management functions</li><li>Friendly and professional work culture</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
