Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day HR operations, general administration, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional environment at the workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.
- Handle payroll inputs, employee attendance reports, and coordination with accounts.
- Support employee engagement activities, training, and performance review processes.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labour records) in coordination with consultants.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR processes.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination, and purchase requests.
- Maintain office equipment, AMC schedules, and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and employee logistics.
- Ensure smooth functioning of incoming/outgoing communication and documentation.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist management in administrative tasks.
- Handle visitor management, front desk coordination, and phone calls when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.
