This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating exceptional patient experiences, and enjoys leveraging technology to improve efficiency and communication.We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly personable, and excited about helping patients achieve optimal health through functional, regenerative, and aesthetic medicine.ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience<ul><li>Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism</li><li>Answer phones, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars</li><li>Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communications</li><li>Assist patients with questions regarding services, memberships, and treatment plans</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service at every patient touchpoint</li></ul>Administrative Operations<ul><li>Manage front desk workflow and daily clinic operations</li><li>Verify patient information and maintain accurate records</li><li>Assist with patient onboarding and paperwork</li><li>Process payments and maintain financial accuracy</li><li>Coordinate referrals, records requests, and documentation</li><li>Maintain clinic supplies and inventory oversight</li></ul>Billing &amp; Revenue Cycle Management<ul><li>Process patient statements and ensure timely and accurate billing communications</li><li>Monitor and manage outstanding patient balances</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for patient billing questions and concerns</li><li>Resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies</li><li>Assist with insurance claims management, including claim tracking, follow-up, and coordination of required documentation</li><li>Review insurance explanations of benefits (EOBs) and communicate patient financial responsibility when needed</li><li>Facilitate payment arrangements and maintain positive patient relationships while addressing financial matters professionally</li><li>Identify billing trends and opportunities to improve collection processes and patient satisfaction</li><li>Ensure compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and patient privacy regulations</li></ul>Technology &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Utilize EMR and practice management software efficiently</li><li>Manage patient communication platforms, online scheduling, and CRM systems</li><li>Assist with social media posting and content scheduling</li><li>Help implement automation systems and workflow improvements</li><li>Generate reports and track clinic performance metrics</li><li>Support website updates and online reputation management</li></ul>Team Support<ul><li>Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative needs</li><li>Participate in staff meetings and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Help maintain a positive, professional clinic culture</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency</li></ul>Qualifications-Required<ul><li>2+ years of front office, administrative, or management experience</li><li>Strong computer and technology skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Medical office experience</li><li>Experience with EMR systems</li><li>Billing &amp; Coding Experience</li><li>Customer service</li><li>Leadership or supervisory experience</li><li>Strong computer and technology skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li></ul>Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
