Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter and Admin with 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, support HR-related administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the human resources field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment Support:</li><li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications.</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics.</li><li>Maintain recruitment databases and update candidate status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities.</li><li>HR Administration:</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and collecting necessary paperwork.</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR correspondence, managing HR filing systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Support in managing employee benefits, attendance, and leave records.</li><li>Prepare HR-related reports as needed.</li><li>Employee Relations Support:</li><li>Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace matters.</li><li>Help maintain a positive and engaging work environment by supporting team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Other Responsibilities:</li><li>Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.</li><li>Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
