We combine creativity with cutting-edge technology to connect with audiences and ensure seamless broadcasting across platforms.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Broadcast Technology Director to lead our technical operations, oversee broadcast infrastructure, and drive innovation in audio transmission and digital broadcasting. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to align broadcast technology with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Define and execute the company&rsquo;s broadcast technology strategy.</li><li>Oversee radio transmission systems, studio equipment, and digital platforms.</li><li>Ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with programming and production teams to support creative initiatives.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies such as digital streaming, cloud-based broadcasting, and automation tools.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technical resources.</li><li>Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>10+ years of experience in broadcast technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record in managing radio or media broadcast infrastructure.</li><li>Strong knowledge of transmission systems, audio engineering, and digital broadcasting.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to lead and shape the future of broadcast technology.</li><li>Exposure to innovative projects and diverse audiences.</li><li>Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to KD3,200.000 per monthWork Location: In person
