Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Technology Director to lead our technical operations, oversee broadcast infrastructure, and drive innovation in audio transmission and digital broadcasting. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to align broadcast technology with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s broadcast technology strategy.
• Oversee radio transmission systems, studio equipment, and digital platforms.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with programming and production teams to support creative initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as digital streaming, cloud-based broadcasting, and automation tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technical resources.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in broadcast technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing radio or media broadcast infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of transmission systems, audio engineering, and digital broadcasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.

Pay: Up to KD3,200.000 per month
