Position OverviewThe Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across Plains &amp; Prints and R.A.F. boutiques. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on support to store managers and sales teams, ensuring each location achieves its sales targets, upholds brand standards, and consistently delivers outstanding service.Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals across all assigned boutiques.</li><li>Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value.</li><li>Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Identify business growth opportunities and create action plans to maximize store performance.</li></ul>2. Store Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure store operations align with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention initiatives.</li><li>Conduct routine store visits and operational audits to ensure excellence in execution.</li><li>Enforce visual merchandising guidelines to strengthen brand identity and enhance customer experience.</li></ul>3. Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>Lead the recruitment, training, and career development of store managers and frontline sales teams.</li><li>Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to build high-performing teams.</li><li>Facilitate ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and collaboration.</li></ul>4. Customer Experience &amp; Brand Representation<ul><li>Ensure boutiques consistently deliver a premium, brand-aligned shopping experience.</li><li>Address and resolve customer issues effectively, while implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and events to drive traffic and strengthen brand engagement.</li></ul>5.
