We Zain Suhail &amp; Co. Charetred Accountants are looking for a competent and result-oriented professional to join our Internal Audit Department as Assistant Manager &ndash; Internal Audit. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing internal audit clients of the firm and ensuring effective execution and delivery of assignments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage internal audit assignments of clients of Zain Suhail &amp; Co. Chartered Accountants</li><li>Supervise and guide internal audit teams during fieldwork and reporting</li><li>Independently handle client engagements and ensure timely completion of assignments</li><li>Plan, execute, and finalize internal audit engagements in accordance with firm methodology</li><li>Review and prepare internal audit reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with audit objectives</li><li>Apply process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls</li><li>Identify internal control weaknesses and key risk areas, and develop practical, value-added recommendations</li><li>Liaise with clients and senior management to discuss audit findings, resolve issues, and present audit reports in a professional manner.</li><li>Perform any other task as assigned by senior staff, including manager and partners.</li></ul>Key Knowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Sound knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards (IIA Standards)</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)</li><li>Good command over local laws and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Strong understanding of Risk Assessment Frameworks, including identification, evaluation, prioritization, and mitigation of risks</li><li>Strong understanding of internal controls, governance, and compliance practices</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>CA Finalist / ICMA Finalist or Qualified / ACCA Finalist or Qualified</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit processes</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage client relationships</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills</li></ul>Location: KarachiCompensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Market Competitive / Good Salary Package (based on experience and skills)</li><li>Medical Coverage</li><li>Fuel Allowance (as per Firm Policy)</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities in a reputable CA firm environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Internal audit Experience in Firm: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
