Duties 
<ul><li>
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities based on weekly themes</li><li>
Supervise children during before- and after-school program hours and full-day summer sessions</li><li>
Attend and monitor students on field trips, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior</li><li>
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and activity space</li><li>
Guide and support children&rsquo;s social, emotional, and behavioral development</li><li>
Encourage participation, creativity, and positive peer interactions</li><li>
Follow program schedules, routines, and licensing guidelines</li><li>
Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student needs and progress</li><li>
Assist with setup, cleanup, and preparation of daily activities and materials</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience
</li><li>Previous experience working with school-age children in a classroom, childcare, or camp setting preferred</li><li>
Ability to supervise and ensure the safety of children in both classroom and field trip environments</li><li>
Strong communication skills and basic computer skills</li><li>
Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li></ul> 

Nice To Haves
