We believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and culturally rich environment where they can thrive.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to guide our toddler program with creativity, patience, and expertise. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth while ensuring a safe and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that supports developmental milestones.</li><li>Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom that celebrates cultural diversity and accessibility.</li><li>Build strong relationships with families through open communication and trust.</li><li>Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and safety protocols.</li><li>Mentor assistant teachers and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree with at least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.</li><li>Knowledge of developmental milestones and best practices in toddler care.</li><li>Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards Certificate (preferred).</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to equity and inclusion.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
