Who We&rsquo;re Looking For2+ years in HVAC sales &mdash; Comfort Advisor, in-home consultant, or similar. You knowhow to build relationships and close. We&rsquo;ll train you on the commercial side. Commercial experience is a plus but not required.This is a field position &mdash; you&rsquo;ll be on properties every day, climbing on rooftops, pulling data plates, and looking at equipment firsthand to build your estimates.The RoleYou&rsquo;ll be estimating and selling HVAC repairs, retrofits, and replacements across the Phoenix metro &mdash; working a defined book of commercial accounts alongside our Commercial Business Relationship Manager. Both company-provided leads and self-generated.Your accounts will span multifamily communities, HOA properties, senior living facilities, retail and hospitality properties, and commercial buildings. Phoenix is one of the fastest- growing commercial markets in the country &mdash; the pipeline here is real and it&rsquo;s active nowWhat You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Walk properties, assess HVAC systems, and develop estimates for repairs, retrofits, and replacements</li><li>Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners across your assigned verticals</li><li>Work both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects</li><li>Present solutions clearly and help clients make the right decision</li><li>Follow up post-sale to drive referrals and grow existing accounts</li><li>Track your full pipeline in CRM from first visit through close</li></ul>What We Need<ul><li>2+ years HVAC sales experience &mdash; field assessment experience preferred. If you haven&rsquo;t assessed equipment onsite before, you must be willing to cross-train on this. (required)</li><li>Able to walk a job site, assess equipment condition, and build estimates from what you see in the field &mdash; not from a spec sheet</li><li>Proven closer with a track record to show it</li><li>Comfortable building relationships with commercial decision-makers</li><li>Able to manage a mixed pipeline &mdash; dispatched estimates, opportunities sourced through our Commercial Business Relationship Manager, and self-generated leads</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean record</li><li>EPA 608 certification (preferred)</li><li>ServiceTitan experience (preferred)</li></ul>What You Get<ul><li>Base salary $75,000&ndash;$90,000 + bonus compensation</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Company vehicle or vehicle allowance + gas card</li><li>Company iPhone and iPad</li><li>401(k) with 100% company match</li><li>Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance &mdash; company covers 50% of premiums for employee and family</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>Thanksgiving and Christmas bonuses</li></ul>About Rainforest Plumbing &amp; AirServing Arizona since 1999.
