HVAC Sales Consultant-Commercial

Who We’re Looking For

2+ years in HVAC sales — Comfort Advisor, in-home consultant, or similar.
You knowhow to build relationships and close. We’ll train you on the commercial side. Commercial experience is a plus but not required.

This is a field position — you’ll be on properties every day, climbing on rooftops, pulling data plates, and looking at equipment firsthand to build your estimates.

The Role

You’ll be estimating and selling HVAC repairs, retrofits, and replacements across the Phoenix metro — working a defined book of commercial accounts alongside our Commercial Business Relationship Manager. Both company-provided leads and self-generated.

Your accounts will span multifamily communities, HOA properties, senior living facilities, retail and hospitality properties, and commercial buildings. Phoenix is one of the fastest- growing commercial markets in the country — the pipeline here is real and it’s active now

What You’ll Do

  • Walk properties, assess HVAC systems, and develop estimates for repairs, retrofits, and replacements
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and building owners across your assigned verticals
  • Work both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects
  • Present solutions clearly and help clients make the right decision
  • Follow up post-sale to drive referrals and grow existing accounts
  • Track your full pipeline in CRM from first visit through close

What We Need

  • 2+ years HVAC sales experience — field assessment experience preferred. If you haven’t assessed equipment onsite before, you must be willing to cross-train on this. (required)
  • Able to walk a job site, assess equipment condition, and build estimates from what you see in the field — not from a spec sheet
  • Proven closer with a track record to show it
  • Comfortable building relationships with commercial decision-makers
  • Able to manage a mixed pipeline — dispatched estimates, opportunities sourced through our Commercial Business Relationship Manager, and self-generated leads
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record
  • EPA 608 certification (preferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience (preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
