Job Summary Raise the Roof Entertainment is a corporate event production company specializing in high-level conferences, multi-service productions, and technically complex live events.We are seeking a Senior Video Engineer / Production Lead who can operate at a high level in both field execution and pre-production collaboration. This is not an entry-level AV role. We are looking for someone who is confident leading video systems on corporate productions and comfortable contributing to planning and client communication.If you are currently freelancing and looking for more stability while continuing to work on complex, high-quality shows, this role may be a strong fit.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Lead Video Execution<ul><li>Serve as primary Video Engineer (V1) on corporate and conference productions</li><li>Operate and program professional video switching systems</li><li>Manage PTZ and broadcast camera systems</li><li>Configure and operate LED processing systems, including Pixelhue processors</li><li>Support media server workflows such as Resolume</li><li>Lead video department load-in, show operation, and strike</li><li>Coordinate with audio, lighting, staging, and venue teams</li><li>Maintain professional client-facing presence on-site</li></ul>Support Pre-Production &amp; Show ReadinessWhen not in the field, you will:<ul><li>Participate in pre-production meetings</li><li>Review and scrub equipment orders</li><li>Assist with technical documentation and show preparation</li><li>Verify signal flow and LED configurations before load-in</li><li>Identify technical gaps prior to show site</li><li>Contribute to planning workflow improvements</li></ul>This role may carry assigned events from preparation through on-site execution depending on scope.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>5+ years live event production experience</li><li>Strong corporate event background (conferences, general sessions, multi-room setups)</li><li>Proficiency with professional video switching platforms</li><li>Experience with LED processing workflows</li><li>Working knowledge of Pixelhue processors preferred</li><li>Familiarity with media servers such as Resolume preferred</li><li>Ability to lead technical crews</li><li>Strong understanding of signal flow and systems integration</li><li>Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional corporate environment</li><li>Organized, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time position with competitive compensation</li><li>Work on technically challenging corporate productions</li><li>Opportunity to grow into expanded technical leadership</li><li>Collaborative team environment</li><li>Stability with continued high-level event exposure</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 38 &ndash; 45 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>live event: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
