We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager with a marketing mindset who can help streamline operations and actively grow our client base.Position OverviewThis role combines administrative support with marketing and business development. We&rsquo;re looking for someone organized, proactive, and growth-focused who can help take our company to the next level.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Operations:<ul><li>Communicate with current and potential clients (calls, texts, emails)</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments</li><li>Manage and organize mail and documents</li><li>Maintain client records and job details</li><li>Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping</li><li>Track expenses and payments</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Growth:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients</li><li>Manage social media accounts and online presence</li><li>Run and optimize local ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Build partnerships with local businesses</li><li>Identify new opportunities for client acquisition</li><li>Help strengthen brand image and community visibility</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Background in marketing, business, or related field preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Experience with social media and digital marketing</li><li>Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForSomeone who doesn&rsquo;t just &ldquo;do tasks&rdquo; but thinks strategically about growth.
