Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

About Us

We are a growing landscaping company focused on high-quality service and long-term client relationships. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager with a marketing mindset who can help streamline operations and actively grow our client base.

Position Overview

This role combines administrative support with marketing and business development. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and growth-focused who can help take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations:

  • Communicate with current and potential clients (calls, texts, emails)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage and organize mail and documents
  • Maintain client records and job details
  • Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping
  • Track expenses and payments

Marketing & Growth:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence
  • Run and optimize local ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Build partnerships with local businesses
  • Identify new opportunities for client acquisition
  • Help strengthen brand image and community visibility

Qualifications

  • Background in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)
  • Self-starter who can work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
